I’m Maria,
Professionally, my journey to becoming a coach started during my tenure at the executive level of a large multinational. I derived great fulfilment from mentoring individuals within my team.
Personally, I have seen how coaching is transformative both to the individual and in turn, to the businesses who support these interventions.
During my corporate career, I had the experience of working with an executive coach. It was a transformative process, it allowed me to uncover blind spots as well as explore my vulnerabilities in a safe space. This allowed me to accelerate my growth as person and within my organisation.
The ethos of my company Be Leseli can be summed up in one phrase: Illuminating your path.
Effective coaching is the result of drawing on various methodologies to guide the client to achieving their goals.
The Time to think principles from Nancy Kline play a large role in my coaching style. I also believe that positive psychology is crucial to instil confidence when changes need to be made.
